Pizza Pilgrims is opening a second restaurant in Shoreditch, this time on Brick Lane, within the iconic Truman Brewery.
What to Expect at the New Location
Fans of Pizza Pilgrims will find familiar favorites at this new spot. The restaurant continues its tradition of serving Neapolitan-style pizzas, all made with a signature 72-hour double-fermented dough.
In addition to classic pizza options, the new Shoreditch location will offer a selection of unique and exciting toppings. Some highlights include:
Nduja Pizza: A spicy, Calabrian sausage paired with the traditional Margherita.
Smoked Eggplant Pizza: Chargrilled eggplant, smoked mozzarella, garlic herb oil, and crispy onions, topped with Romano feta cheese.
Mushroom & Truffle Pizza: A truffle ricotta base topped with mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, and parmesan.
You’ve Got Maiale Pizza: A tomato base layered with prosciutto, nduja, salsiccia, and pepperoni, finished with burrata, red onion, and a balsamic glaze.
A Larger Space for Pizza Pilgrims
The new restaurant will be one of the brand’s largest locations, occupying a corner of the Truman Brewery and offering seating for up to 108 people.
For brothers Tom and James Elliott, the opening is particularly meaningful. “Truman’s Brewery is where we first built a pizza oven and served guests on the roof during the early days of our supper club, Forza Win, back in 2013,” said Tom.
This new location marks a significant step in the brand’s growth while remaining true to its roots.
