Haven’t had a chance to dine at one of the UK’s top restaurants, Ynyshir? Or maybe you haven’t booked yet? Now, Ynyshir chef Gareth Ward is coming to London and teaming up with Carl Clarke to launch a special Chicken Shop burger.
The two bonded over “a shared love of music and rave culture” and teamed up to create a dish inspired by Ynyshir’s signature dish. The Singapore Chilli Crab Chicken Burger is made with Chicken Shop fried chicken, topped with chilli crab oil, chilli crab ketchup, Kewpie mayonnaise and dill pickles, and finished with a sprinkle of Japanese shirasu. So it’s slightly spicy.
The milkshake is a nod to Newcastle Brown Ale, and is inspiredly named “A Bit of a Salty Newcastle Brown Ale Caramel”. The milkshake combines Newcastle Brown Ale, toffee sauce, salted caramel and crushed pretzels. Want to drink it?
You only have one day to get these, but there will be 500 available, so you should be fine.
