Dishoom To Open Licensing Room In Notting Hill

by Ella

Dishoom already has seven restaurants in London, but for their eighth, they’re going a (slightly) different route. Outside of London, they’ve opened three Permit Rooms, essentially offshoots of the main Dishoom restaurant, billed as all-day bars and cafes. Now, they’ve moved one of them to Notting Hill.

According to the Standard, the Notting Hill Permit Room is taking over the former Portobello Road Brewery, a sizeable four-storey building. Other than that, few details are known, but you can expect it to be very similar to the cafes outside of the city, as all three will have the same menu. So, you can expect classics like black lentils, samosas and a variety of curries, as well as bacon naan for breakfast.
