O’daku Sushi in North Austin announced it will close at the end of April.
What to know
O’daku Sushi offers Korean and Japanese cuisine, with entrees including donburi, tonkatsu, noodles, bibimbap, bento, stir-fry and more. The store
said in a Facebook post that its last day of business is April 30. The owners will open a new location at the location, Dam-A K Noodle Bar, in mid-June.
An employee at the store said Dam-A K Noodle Bar will offer Korean noodles, including options such as traditional curry and black bean noodles. The noodles will be cooked over an open flame to give them different flavors, the employee said.
“We will be the first Korean noodle shop to use an open flame during the cooking process to provide flexibility with ingredients but maintain amazing flavor no matter what,” the company said in its Facebook post.
