Shoryu Ramen is bringing a fresh taste of Japan to the morning with the launch of its new Japanese breakfast menu. Crafted by head chef Kanji Furukawa, the menu combines traditional Japanese flavours with playful innovations.
The breakfast menu includes avocado smashed yakisoba, morning matzi (a soup-free ramen) and the comforting salmon green tea chazuke. For dessert or a little indulgence, try the chicken karaage waffles, matcha kinako French toast or chocolate mochi brownie. A selection of Japanese salmon sandwiches complete the menu, with fluffy yakisoba noodles and fillings such as mayonnaise, deep-fried pork cutlet and chashu pork.
The drinks menu is extensive, from matcha or black sesame lattes and Japanese tea to nostalgic melon cream soda and sake-flavoured bloody marys.
This exclusive menu is available daily from 8:00am to 11:00am and brings a bold and authentic Japanese breakfast to the London breakfast scene.
