This summer, The Black Sheep, a fine dining restaurant, will open its doors at the corner of North Main and Sone, taking over the former Two Chefs location. The restaurant, led by owner and chef Danielle Grigorian, promises to offer an “innovative approach” to Mediterranean cuisine, blending flavors and influences from Spain, Morocco, Lebanon, and Armenia.
A Fusion of Cultures and Culinary Boundaries
Chef Grigorian’s menu will pay homage to her heritage while pushing culinary boundaries. The unique dishes will reflect a blend of traditional Mediterranean ingredients and modern techniques, creating a dining experience that highlights both the rich history and contemporary possibilities of the cuisine.
Craft Cocktails and a Stylish Atmosphere
In addition to the menu, guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails in the restaurant’s lounge or at the full bar. The Black Sheep aims to be a place where diners can unwind, sip on creative drinks, and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere.
Designed with Passion
Grigorian’s background as a former interior designer also plays a significant role in The Black Sheep’s aesthetic. She has personally designed the restaurant, combining her love for food and design to create a space that reflects her family’s culture and her personal vision. “I can’t wait to share it with Greenville,” Grigorian says, eager to open her restaurant to the public.
The Black Sheep is set to offer a fresh and exciting take on Mediterranean dining, making it a new culinary destination for Greenville’s food scene.
