Culinary Expertise from Sri Lanka and Mumbai
The menu will be curated by two expert chefs: Chef Chaminda De Silva from Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort and Chef Prakash Chettiyar, Director of Culinary at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. With over 17 years of culinary experience, Chef Chaminda brings a deep knowledge of Sri Lankan cuisine, blending traditional techniques with his flair for creating bold, flavorful dishes. He is known not only for his expertise in Sri Lankan food but also for his ability to fuse Indian and Sri Lankan flavors to create unique tastes.
A Journey Through Sri Lankan Cuisine
The special menu will feature a variety of Sri Lankan specialties, including rich soups like Thamibum Hehodi and Mutton & Rice Kanji, as well as appetizers such as Isso Wade, Colombo Chicken Masala Coconut Roti, Chicken Drumstick Lollipops, and Fish Cutlets. A selection of vibrant salads, such as Pineapple & Bitter Cucumber with Green Chili and Raw Mango & Ambarella, will provide a refreshing contrast to the rich main courses.
Main courses will include popular dishes like Sri Lankan Mutton Rice, Devil Prawns, Dhal Thampala, Tempered Okra, Devil Fish, Colombo Chicken, and Baby Jackfruit Curry. To complement the flavors, diners can enjoy a variety of bold condiments such as Male Achcharu, Sinhala Achcharu, Lime Pickle, Coconut Seibel, Sultana Pineapple Achcharu, and Sini Sambal Lunumeris. A live station will also feature fresh Kottu, Hoppers, and other Sri Lankan street foods.

Guests can enjoy the Sri Lankan Cuisine Promotion at JW Café from February 15 to 23, 2025. The lunch service will be available from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The buffet will be priced at INR 3000 + taxes.
The special Sri Lankan brunch on February 16, 2025, will be served from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The brunch buffet is priced at INR 3500 + taxes, with additional beverage packages available: Beer & Wine Package at INR 1200 + taxes, and Premium Package at INR 1600 + taxes.
