Star Chefs to Bring British Fusion Cuisine to the British Pullman

The British Pullman, one of the UK’s most iconic luxury trains, is set to host a new dinner series starting this April. Four renowned chefs—Andrew Wong, Atul Kochhar, Phil Howard, and Theo Randall—will each bring their unique approach to “British fusion cuisine,” offering guests an unforgettable culinary journey through the English countryside.

A Journey of Five-Course Feasts

Each dinner aboard the British Pullman will feature a five-course meal, carefully crafted by one of the celebrity chefs, and served in the train’s elegant Art Deco dining carriages. The experience will also include a Champagne reception and a wine flight to complement the meals, creating a luxury dining experience like no other.

The journey will begin and end at London Victoria, with each chef’s special menu offering a fusion of British and international flavors. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet the chefs onboard, who will share insights into their culinary creations.

Theo Randall will launch the series with an Italian-inspired menu, featuring the best springtime ingredients. The British Pullman is part of the renowned Belmond group and is considered one of Britain’s most beautiful trains, with its luxurious design and impeccable service. It shares its heritage with the world-famous Orient Express, adding to the allure of this exceptional dining experience.

The Celebrity Chef Dinner Series will begin on April 18 with Theo Randall and continue throughout the year, with dates on May 22, June 13, and October 24. Tickets for the event start at £565 per person, covering the meal, Champagne, wine, and a round trip aboard the iconic train.

This new series promises to be a spectacular celebration of culinary talent and British gastronomy, offering guests an experience they won’t forget.
