The Tatin Bakehouse is the creation of Chef Lili Linda, a renowned Michelin-starred pastry chef, and business partner Sheila Wang. Chef Linda, originally from Indonesia, has an impressive background as the former head of pastry at Hexagon Restaurant and 7 Enoteca in Oakville. After years of perfecting her craft, Linda decided to venture out on her own, beginning with bi-weekly dessert boxes that quickly gained a loyal following.
Encouraged by the growing demand, Linda made the decision to establish a permanent bakery. Tatin Bakehouse was born, with its name inspired by the iconic Tarte Tatin dessert and Linda’s daughter. Since its late 2024 opening, the bakery has been delighting visitors with a rotating menu of signature pastries and weekly specials, many reflecting Linda’s Indonesian heritage.
